Toiletpaper is a picture-based magazine founded in 2010 by artist Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari. Over the last three years, photos published in the magazine have been applied to a variety of products and media, exploring the multiple possibilities for images to live beyond their original format.
A selection of images from the magazine have become the decorative motif of the Toiletpaper-Seletti design collection: “Seletti wears ToiletPaper”. These tables from the said collection are unique, colourful and irreverent design elements.
Three wooden oblique legs depart from the centre of the circular top. The table surface is decorated with ToiletPaper’s most famous pictures, like “Typewriter” table, where two hands, whose fingers are covered with thimbles, typewrite on the keyboard.
