Shipping within USA
When you place an order, Envilu offers FREE SHIPPING on US orders of $100 or more, unless otherwise specified on the item page. For orders $100 or less, we have a $10 shipping charge. Some manufacturers require a mandatory shipping charge, which will be indicated on the pages of the items by these brands.
Deliveries to the 48 contiguous states will be made via UPS, Fedex or by other common carrier depending on the overall weight of your order. Deliveries outside the 48 contiguous states (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico), will be handled through USPS standard service with insurance.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Bear in mind that returns are not accepted for international orders.
International orders are best placed via Paypal instead of using a credit card, as the international credit card payments have security restrictions which may make the order not go through. The shipping fee for international shipments will depend on the size and the weight of the items ordered, and will be provided to the customer via email after they place the order.
During checkout, the shipping fee will show zero, but that does not mean the shipping is free. As mentioned above, the shipping fee will be emailed to the customer after the order is submitted, since international shipments do not have a fixed shipping fee. Once the customer is notified of the international shipping fee for their order, they can proceed to make the payment for the given amount in order to get the order processed. If the customer finds that they do not wish to continue with the order upon receiving the shipping fee noitification, they can email us to cancel the order.
Damage During Transit
The shipments are insured against damage, and we request that the customer carefully inspects their merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately, if there is ANY damage to the package, and also should bring it to the driver’s attention immediately. Visibly damaged packages should be immediately refused. Please note that some damage may appear to be minimal on the box, however the inner contents of the package may be severely damaged. Therefore we strongly advise you to open the boxes immediately to check the contents and then write a precise description of the damage BEFORE SIGNING for the packages. To successfully expedite any damage claim, you must keep the original packing material that the item(s) arrived. Photographs will be required in assisting us with a damage claim.
If you have received a damaged product that can be remedied with replacement parts and choose to return an item rather than accept replacement parts, you will be refunded the amount of your order less all return shipping charges.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), for which we ask you to email us so that we can send you a prepaid shipping label.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Orange22 Design Lab and MacMaster Design products are not returnable. Other custom products also have no-return policy.
There are no free exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you need to return it and place a new order for the item you want to exchange it with. The returned item will be subject to our Return Policy.
If you need to return an item, please emai us at Envilu (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain return instructions. Items must be unused and unassembled, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and insert. Envilu will provide you with detailed shipping instructions, including where to ship the items.
The return must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving the item. If the return is not due to defective merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Envilu (or the manufacturer). Please note that for orders that had free shipping, the outbound shipping costs to your shipping address will be deducted from your return refund for any returns that are not defective or incorrect.
There is a restocking fee of %15-%25. Unless specified on the product page otherwise, the general restocking fee is %15.
Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you. If you are returning the item, please make sure to ship with a carrier that provides tracking numbers and request insurance to ensure safe return. All items must be received in new condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange. Envilu cannot accept collect deliveries (COD’s) nor any returns to our address that are shipped without notifying us of the said return.
You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped; and you will get a full refund, in the case that you were charged. If an order is cancelled after the order has been shipped or processed, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges, even if Envilu paid for the original shipment (ie. Free Shipping).
